BeSpoken Collective was created from a simple belief: the voices working to improve mankind deserve to be heard clearly, widely, and with integrity.
Too often, purpose-driven leaders carry powerful ideas, lived experiences, and transformative work, yet lack the platform or support to fully share their vision. BeSpoken Collective exists to change that. This is a space where purpose comes before ego, where authenticity matters, and where leadership is understood as a responsibility, not a performance.
At its core, BeSpoken Collective centers on empowerment. Through education, publishing, and public speaking, we create pathways for stories to be told, ideas to be shared, and impact to grow without compromising meaning or mission.
This is a Collective built on shared values and mutual respect, grounded in the belief that when we rise together, individual impact grows stronger. BeSpoken Collective exists so purpose is not silenced, delayed, or diminished, but spoken, amplified, and sustained in service of improving mankind.
Dr. Iris Garner, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Provides executive leadership, communications strategy, and strategic vision for BeSpoken Collective. Dr. Garner guides the organization’s direction, messaging, and long-term growth, ensuring the Architect, Press, and Stage initiatives remain aligned with the mission of strengthening leadership voice and expanding meaningful impact.
Michael Wood, Co-Founder & President
Provides organizational leadership and operational execution for BeSpoken Collective. Michael oversees the implementation of the Architect and Press initiatives, managing partnerships, programming, and systems that support leadership development and thought-leadership publishing.
Andrew Stoute, Co-Founder & President of Communications
Leads the development and coordination of BeSpoken Stage. He oversees podcasts, speaking engagements, and curated events that create meaningful platforms for leaders to share their ideas and extend the reach of their voice. His work ensures that each opportunity is intentional, well-positioned, and aligned to amplify influence both nationally and internationally.
